I enjoy a strong feeling of satisfaction and pride when we all come together to work as a team to exceed our customers expectations.  I am constantly amazed at what we can do when we work together.

I have to say, being Project Manager, I get the pleasure of seeing the whole team work together to get a customer’s expectations met for every project we have.  I have to say my favorite time to see our team come together is during a live FAT in front of our customers. Associates from all departments come to help load, unload, and organize our customers product so they can watch their machine go to work.

One of the best things about working at PDC is the connections we have with each other and our customers.  It feels like one big family.  We support each other and our customers like an extension of that family.
