The R-500 is unique in that the label material web is continuous in motion and does not index for cutting or application. This allows very high speeds with low wear on parts. The web runs at a constant steady state at the lowest speed possible, not needing to start and stop for each cycle, enabling high application speeds.

The R-300 is the “work horse” of the PDC R Series line of labelers. Built like a tank with unmatched ruggedness of construction, the R-300 is the most solid machine in the industry. PDC’s R Series systems are some of the fastest tamper evident shrink banders in the industry. This patented, heavy-duty, single-headed, in-line tamper evident shrink bander is ideal for food and beverage applications.

The PDC F Series was developed specifically to apply tamper evident bands, 1 to 2.3 inches (25 to 60 mm) in height, to large diameter tapered tubs and straight-walled containers (for cultured dairy products, margarine, butter, ice cream, oatmeal and dessert toppings). They can also be used on large diameter jars and other containers. All F Series machines can be fabricated from solid stainless steel for compliance with Sanitary requirements, to best withstand the rigors of food and dairy environments, including wash down conditions.
