PDC tamper evident neck banding equipment is paired with Inspection / Ejection Systems, which inspect for the presence and correct position of heat shrinkable tamper evident bands and shrink sleeves. These smart systems gently divert non-conforming packages from conveyors, ensuring product and brand integrity.

PDC Inspection/Ejection Systems use Vision Systems, visible light, or UV sensors to confirm the location of bands or sleeves. Non-comforming packages are gently diverted onto a tray, chute or rotary table without disrupting operation. Inspection is performed prior to shrinking to best determine the band’s position on the package, and can also be done after shrinking. An optional sensor can also verify ejection of a specific package.
